ABOUT THE FILM

Gokae takes us on a violent and dangerous journey with 3 urban gangsters in the seamy underworld of Atlanta, Georgia. While the 3 anonymous associates with an unknown crime organization wait for their poker buddy to arrive, they exchange gritty tales of hard times on the job. The film explores their shady dealings through the eyes of the card playing storytellers as they let us experience their danger filled incomprehensible life styles.

Directed by first time independent film maker Victoria LeDega, Gokae’s characters move through this exciting film in intersecting circles of lies, murder, intrigue, and treachery. With an appearance by well known Atlanta underground rap artist Dres the Beatnik, and set to original music by Full Blown Entertainment  and original score by Matt Head, this film will surely become a new underground film noir cult classic. It is a must see.
